Shao Feng is a fisherman from a sea island. One day, he and his friend caught a strange little octopus, which attracted the attention of the boss of a gene company and another mysterious group. Shao Feng and his girlfriend Zi Mo, a science researcher, were both forced into the conflict and attacked by the mutated big octopus.
